Contrinity GmbH, as well as your personal contact, are licensed as independent insurance brokers. All business transactions are conducted through the consulting company contrinity GmbH. The consulting service covers private clients in the areas of provision, liquidity, and asset management, as well as medium-sized companies in the areas of company pension schemes and time value accounts. As part of this activity, we also broker insurance. In this case, the legislator requires us to provide you with this information at the beginning of our cooperation.

Contrinity GmbH and its affiliated consultants act for you in the mediation of insurances as insurance brokers in the sense of paragraphs 1 and 3 of § 59 Insurance Contract Act (VVG), especially for products from life and private health insurance companies, as well as for various property insurance sectors. They meet the requirements for insurance mediation according to §34d para. 1 Trade Regulation Act (GewO). Contrinity GmbH is not involved in an insurer in the sense of § 11 para. 1 no. 5 Insurance Mediation Regulation (VersVermV). Conversely, no insurer is involved in contrinity GmbH in the sense of § 11 para. 1 no. 6 VersVermV.

1. Entry in the Mediator Register

Contrinity GmbH is registered in the mediator register according to § 34d GewO with the registration number D-473K-34S3Q-77. You can view the entry at www.vermittlerregister.info or by making an inquiry at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Munich and Upper Bavaria, Max-Joseph-Str. 2, 80333 Munich. Tel. 089 511 60.

2. Legal Status of contrinity GmbH

Contrinity is a product provider, in which product providers are not involved and which is not contractually obligated to mediate, advise, or fulfill contracts for product providers. As insurance brokers, we represent only the interests of our clients; we act as “custodians” of our clients. The interests of third parties, especially insurance companies, etc., must not be considered. For our clients, we make our recommendations based on an objective and balanced market analysis. Contrinity GmbH mediates products from property, accident, life, and health insurance companies. We act expressly only on the basis of a written order from the customer.

Our tasks are fully described in the respective order. In no case can it be assumed that we act beyond the scope described there, in particular, we do not assume permanent care mandates unless this has been expressly defined in the order.

3. Confidentiality

Contrinity GmbH commits to maintaining the strictest confidentiality about all information and data that becomes or will become known to it, even beyond the end of this contractual relationship or even if no contractual relationship is established.

4. Liability

Contrinity is liable in cases of intent or gross negligence by contrinity or an employee/agent according to legal provisions. Otherwise, contrinity is liable under the Product Liability Act for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
