contrinity GmbH acted as an insurance broker in the area of occupational pension schemes for our company from 2019 to 2022. Already in 2014, contrinity accompanied the merger of the occupational pension schemes of previous companies. In 2019, contrinity accompanied, supported and implemented the new merger as part of the harmonisation, installation of a new concept for the company pension scheme and benefits. contrinity developed and implemented a customised concept according to the corporate philosophy and the needs of the company’s employees. Within the framework of the cooperation, contrinity GmbH took over the cooperation with external service providers, the communication with internal departments and the administrative and operational steps.
