Which building blocks make the most sense for your company? We do not use a scattergun approach, but consider a joint concept to be the basis of our cooperation. The focus should be on your corporate goals. Which measures should support you and how? Do you need to retain existing employees, are measures for successful HR recruiting in the foreground, do you have to pay special attention to the health and vitality of your employees, or….? Your motivators should be the basis of a concept.


You do not want to burden your own staff with additional tasks such as controlling, sending documents, documentation, questions from your employees, changes of any kind to your employees such as changes of address, changes in contributions to mixed-financed pension schemes, termination of employment contracts or the start of parental leave – we can gladly take care of this for you.


Digital tools enable us to display correspondence transparently at all times. All documents concerning you would then be archived and accessible there. Existing utilities can also be integrated.

Implementation of the concept

We define the tasks in our service contract with you. Depending on the rights granted, we can take over the implementation completely independently. And of course we can take over the direct communication with your payroll or tax office. The aim of the implementation must be that the chosen offer is presented positively to your employees and that the sense of the measures is explained individually. Benefits must be understood – only lived benefits are good benefits!
